Youth are Invited to join Our Youth Slack Community
The NICE (Network, Inspire, Connect, Encourage) youth program is designed to help young people grow as people, gain confidence,
and make a positive impact on society. We want to encourage, honor, and support their successes in many areas.
NICE provides a platform for youths to build meaningful connections with peers, mentors, and industry professionals. Through networking events, workshops, and collaborative projects, participants develop a strong support system that extends beyond the program, creating a valuable network for personal growth.
NICE believes in the power of inspiration. Our program features inspirational talks, success stories, and opportunities that motivate our youth to dream big and reach their full potential. Through exposure to diverse role models, participants are encouraged to explore their passions and envision a future filled with possibilities.
NICE fosters connections—between individuals, ideas, and opportunities. Through interactive activities and team-building exercises, participants learn the importance of effective communication, collaboration, and building positive relationships. These skills are not only vital for personal development but also for success in any chosen career path.
NICE encourages youth to unlock their full potential. We provide a supportive environment where youths feel empowered to take positive risks, overcome challenges, and embrace personal growth. Through workshops on resilience, self-confidence, and goal setting, participants are equipped with the tools to navigate life's journey with courage and determination.
By implementing these key components, NICE offers revolutionary education beyond regular schooling. We will create an inspired, connected, and empowered young community ready to confront the future with optimism and resilience.

My experience has been nothing but positive, this group has brought a wealth of knowledge and a feeling of sisterhood into my life. Each month
I am encouraged to become more fit and mentally sound. RWHW&Y also helped me with a scholarship and I will forever be grateful for that.
Read What Our
I have been a part of the group for a while but August is the first month that I have been really active in the group and I have to say I LOVE IT!!! M.O.V.E. has improved my life in a number of ways. One, it gets me active. There is something about being a part of these challenges that makes me feel like I need to get moving. Two, it is encouraging to do this with other women who are also trying to be healthy and fit. I feel more motivated and accountable for my health by being a part of this group. It's not about winning prizes, it's about the friendly competition and the support for each other. I think the group is awesome.
RWHWY is a safe place for women to come together to learn and grow mentally and physically. When COVID hit it became a way to still be social with others and it continues to thrive with virtual and hybrid meetings. The O.W.L.s book club and MyKidz Creationz have been two vital groups with my family. I’ve enjoyed my years of involvement and look forward to the future.
