Through interactive activities and team-building exercises, participants learn the importance of effective communication, collaboration, and building positive relationships. These skills are not only vital for personal development but also for success in any chosen career path.

Summer Leaves Shadow

My experience has been nothing but positive, this group has brought a wealth of knowledge and a feeling of sisterhood into my life. Each month

I am encouraged to become more fit and mentally sound. RWHW&Y also helped me with a scholarship and I will forever be grateful for that.

Members Say!

I have been a part of the group for a while but August is the first month that I have been really active in the group and I have to say I LOVE IT!!! M.O.V.E. has improved my life in a number of ways. One, it gets me active. There is something about being a part of these challenges that makes me feel like I need to get moving. Two, it is encouraging to do this with other women who are also trying to be healthy and fit. I feel more motivated and accountable for my health by being a part of this group. It's not about winning prizes, it's about the friendly competition and the support for each other. I think the group is awesome.

Thank you!

RWHWY is a safe place for women to come together to learn and grow mentally and physically. When COVID hit it became a way to still be social with others and it continues to thrive with virtual and hybrid meetings. The O.W.L.s book club and MyKidz Creationz have been two vital groups with my family. I’ve enjoyed my years of involvement and look forward to the future.
